Poor communication. Made appointments through its website and sent texts to the tutors. Asked to advise if any problem. Received email confirmation the day before but few hours later said both appointments are cancelled due to system error! That’s less than 24 hours notice! Very confusing and disappointing!———————————Given the tutor is aware of the completely booked out situation, shouldn’t he advise right away after receiving the text.
