Terrible terrible and extremely unprofessional! i had approached them several times during my lease and all i got was difficulty. i even had one of the men yell at me on the phone because they refuse to check my meter after i gave my keys back for my final reading. absolutely disgusting behaviour. they also told me to meet them at the real estate to hand back my keys and no one was there! i stood outside for one hour calling and they simply closed for the day. im so glad im not longer in business with these people. i cant stress enough that this the worst real estate ive dealt with!!!!! they even tried to claim there was a crack in the wall after i left to keep my bond but i took photos and there was no such thing- they then decided to give my bond back.

I was renting a unit from Anyeh group. In 2018 I moved out in 2022. Just want to share my experience worst unprofessional realestate ever. When I left home they are trying to rip me off because of cleaning and water bill they are stopped and idiots. Ok I am laying then why from 5 star you have only not even half. You not deserve it 0 star. This is not Asian country go get some certificates learn how to deal with customers. Then start a business

The WORST real-estate agency I have ever met, and quote the following comments from previous reviewers, which I fully agree with:1 - will take a lot of your bond for damages" (Radison) & They will also look to take any extra money from your bond (Chang);2 - Refuse maintenance. Rude. Incompetent contractors when they do finslly fix things (Maximus)The only good thing I can imagine is that they can heavily charge your bond with smiles."

We were really glad to have Anyeh group real estate . We have been living at their rental property for 1.5 year and I must say initial process done by Mark was really fast and easy , throughout our stay they always been so nice and respond to all our queries. Moreover, these people have never bother us and always been nice and honest. At last when we leaving this property , Candy has been so fantastic. She was very nice and help us in finalize everything and we are so happy to receive full bond.Overall, my experience with Anyeh group was really awesome as they are very nice people, honest & professional. I took renting agreement from this agent on September, and when I moved in there was no NBN setup for internet connection, so when I asked them to request owner to set up NBN for internet connection, they didn't try to communicate with owner and they kept on saying me that when I am renting this place, I have to pay for that too, but in other places owner themselves put NBN set up for internet connection for their tenants as it is their property. These people are very rude to talk with and one of the agent named Alan yelled at me when I was asking for help to send someone to fix problem on our gas cooktop which had been started from 2 days ago, and I kept on emailing them and even called them regarding that problem, but didn't send any prompt service to fix problem. This is really unprofessional way to deal with their tenants and very rude to yell at the tenants.

Their ability to promptly respond to any queries or concerns I had was impressive and greatly appreciated. I always felt confident that my properties were in capable hands.Highly recommend, all my tenants have been looked after quite well and happily.

Very unprofessional mob. I had to go to the NCAT tenancy tribunal to get my bond back. After I gave notice to move out they brought around prospective tenants WITHOUT my permission.

Terrible service received from this group of scammers. For future tenants looking to rent from this group, make sure you check all of the find prints and condition reports. If no internet connection is listed in the condition report, they wont reimburse you if you need to install it (costs of $400). They will also look to take any extra money from your bond as they can so please be careful when choosing this group

Worst landlord and agent ever. Rented 4 bed apt in Burwood for almost 2 years. Building is a disaster. When it rains apt floods due to poor drainage in the whole building. Apt Is full of mould and smells. I took photo and video evidence of it all communicated via email well before flooding occurred and Alan managing agent and his mother-in-law owns the apt, begrudgingly he had to rip up floorboards in 2 bedrooms whereby I had to relocate my entire family for 8 days no offer for reimbursement and he made out like he was doing me a favour. When I returned the place was left in a putrid state, holes in the gyprock, plaster and mess everywhere. There are cockroaches everywhere in the building, the garbage chute is inoperable and the security is regularly compromised. Beware!

I would like to say Candy Cai from Anyeh Group is one the best property manager. Candy is professional, prompt on emails/responses. So far we have received an amazing service and support from them. Candy Cai deserve an A++ for the above and beyond service.
