Never been on a bike before but have been to plenty of car dealerships and always had the hard sale pushed on me, how refreshing to walk into a dealership and not immediately thrown into the hard pitch.My sales man was Luke, and he spent the time with me to find the perfect bike and made sure I was completely satisfied with it before approaching the sing off on sale.I was in and out over a few days and it was never a hassle for Luke and the rest of the team, extremely up front and transparent with everything which was a major aspect for someone like me who is very new to motorcycles. I will 500% be back in the future for a bigger bike and very pleased with the professionalism of team moto Virginia!!I’d also like to give a shout out to Joshua in the finance dept that handled the sale of this bike extremely quickly and professionally. This place has it all!

Ordered a part when I bought my new bike, have called them 4-5 times with same response “ I will call you back tomorrow” which I haven’t received yet. I get it sometimes getting a part from original manufacture can be delayed etc but at least have the decency to update your customers by calling them. Very unprofessional experience.

Bought my used bike here last week. Guys were really helpful getting it all done quickly on a Saturday so I could ride away same day. And the bike is great, so that helps.

From the first phone call when living 400km away from the business to final pick up. They were so a professional , knowledgeable, honest an absolute pleasure to deal with. I Came in over 2 weeks in advance to book in getting both tires fitted on my R3, requested specific tires ( Michelin road 6's ) , the service man advised me they don't carry those in my size but they can order them in for me. No worries. Well today comes and I bring in the bike first thing in the morning drop the keys off no worries, they then call me 10 minutes later saying they don't have the tires that I've asked for, already confused and a bit annoyed to be frank I ask if there are any comparable tires to the ones I've asked for that I can get instead, I get told they'll have nothing in my size on the day and that my option is to get the same tires as what they come with factory. At this point I just agreed to do what they can. I then wait around for 2 hours with no contact so I come back into the store asking how much longer it'll be, the man at the desk seemed very annoyed by me asking and goes out to the servicemen to see what's going on with it, only to find out my bike hasn't been touched, at this point I'm very frustrated at the whole situation but there's nothing I can do about it. It had started to rain outside so I asked the man at the desk if there was somewhere I could sit and wait, again in a very annoyed tone/voice he tells me no and to try next door. I end up walking to a food place and waited another hour for someone to tell me the bike is ready. The bill came to almost $500 which is absolutely ridiculous for the cheap tires I got with very bad customer service.In summary I do not recommend TeamMoto whatsoever as they lack in communication, customer service and competitive pricing

ASK FOR Cheyne Filippini! EXCELLENT Service! Patient, no pressure, helpful, honest, friendly, great communication and goes that extra distance to assist you! His superb service and diplomatic skills were greatly appreciated and his jovial character is what won my sale. Consequently I have just purchased the brand new 2017 CRR1000RR through him and it was a great experience. I am the most annoying customer; I ask a million and one very difficult/technical questions. I do ample research on the model I am interested in and quiz the sales officer for every fine detail I could not find online. Through this whole process Cheyne was honest and patient with me and helped me every step of the way. His help included keeping me updated as new information was released as well as going home and researching further to help me out. Buying my first every brand new motorcycle has been a great experience and I cannot thank Cheyne or Team Moto enough for their help!
