3 workers and 1 customer. I walked in around 3:30pm. today and asked for a quick trim. I was turned down and told that they were working in their last customer of the day. With around an hour left before the store closed, they said no to what would have been no longer than a 10 or so minute cut that they would have been able to charge lots of money for. But no, apparently standing around for an hour was preferred than the customer. Do not waste your money here and go elsewhere.

I popped into this salon on the morning of my dad’s funeral on the off chance they might be able to fit me in for a blow dry. They were very gracious and were able to find a spot for me with Tammy. It was lovely to take some time out from the big day’s preparations. Tammy did a great job and I am very grateful to the salon for finding some space for me. My hair was styled exactly how I asked it to be. Thanks to all at Cutters. A most professional salon with great staff.

My son had his hair cut by Michelle yesterday. It is by far the best haircut he has ever had. My husband said that he wants the same cut and so they have 2 new customers now. The whole team are lovely.

Very friendly and professional service and I feel like I’ve finally got a “real hair cut” for the first time in ages! It’s exactly how I wanted it, not what the hairdresser though best which is just fantastic! Will definitely be back!

The service was excellent. I have never been offered tea or coffee at a salon before. The inclusive hair wash was done beautifully and so soothing. The lady (whose name I'm forgetting) introduced herself as well. They even let me in just before the last slot.No doubt the lady tried her best and was really patient, but she definitely needs more training with men's cuts. The crown was left somewhat unfinished and hair was sticking up, so had to request for it to be cleaned up.Asked for a line to be drawn at the part, but seemed really confused about what that meant and how to align with it.Other than that, very soft spoken, kind and courteous service.
