Appalling customer service by Greg and the director/owner" Marjorie. Very rude and no concept of consumer rights.If that's not enough to put you off

Marj the owner was a pleasure to deal with and the experience was first class.I took 2 watches there for battery replacement. She explained everything upfront- the cost, and about pressure tests (as I questioned how necessary it was). I had both watch batteries replaced, both pressure tested, and one watch even had a screw missing which she happily replaced at no cost. She was friendly, smiled and made it all really easy. I’ll happily return there with any future watch needs.

The service used to be good and the prices reasonable, but this place has gone down hill.I took my watch in for a battery change, not only has the price trebled, but the lady behind the counter (who used to be friendly) was quite rude and basically threatened to charge $70 and return a broken watch. I went home and did the battery change myself with a $2 battery and a $10 tool kit from eBay and the watch has been fine for the last twelve months.The watch maker here also took the liberty of buffing away the original burnished finish on my mother's Fossil watch when it was in for a battery change.This was all at the Warringah Mall store.

My old but loved Citizen Eco drive watch no longer worked and so I went to Citizen for support. Citizen would not attempt to repair the watch because according to them, it had passed the supportability time.Greg from High Time, was fantastic! I cannot speak more highly of the service and of course the end result. It took a little bit of time but it was awesome to have my watch back in full working order.I would have no hesitation in recommending Greg for any watch repair; amazing skill at a reasonable price

I own several watches & rely on High Time for servicing & repairs if required. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff & their expertise. My most recent experience in servicing my father's 30 yr old Constellation proved yet again that High Time are excellent watch specialists. I highly recommend them.

I do consider myself very fortunate to come upon the High Time Watch Specialist!As i've heard great reports about watchmaker there, an all-round master!I did brought the bundle of watches that was sitting at home waiting to be attended to but either were given ridiculously high price to fix or even refused to work on them.I can tell you that Greg the Watchmaker" is an absolute gentleman of an old school and a consummate master-specialist with the wealth of knowledge in that meticulous industry

Absolute rip off , charged me $35 to replace a battery , took 2 min .They also sent my seiko divers watch off for service at $250 promised it would be returned to me within 2 weeks , have heard nothing g from them at all, after waiting nearly 3 weeks I contacted them , they then replied on Easter Sunday and said they have voluntarily closed there kiosk at Warringah Mall , Brookvale stayed to be in a SMS if I want the watch back come to Windsor and pick it up myself , option they’ll list it by registered mail at my exp, what a complete ripoff this Marj person is and so insulting and rude ,I’ll be lucky if I ever get my watch back at all , worth about $700 , do your self a favour never do busy with High Time watch repairs , a complete rip off with standover tactics , today I’ll be making a report to Department Of Fair Trading .Shameful Service and ATTITUDE

I took in two watches for battery replacement. The guy convinced me that I had to do the pressure test. Having picked up both watches I found one of them was not working once I got home. I came back with the watch to High time in Brookvale, there was a woman who accepted it, after two weeks it was not fixed and they wanted me to pay a further $110 to service the watch! This is a battery operated watch and does not have moving parts other than the hands.They clearly are incompetent watch repairers seeking to gouge their customers. I wish I had read the reviews before I gave my watches to them. Cannot understand why Consumer Affairs allows them to remain in business with such woeful service!Avoid High Time Watch repairs!!!!

Took a timex for a new battery during 2pm - 3pm $10 battery happy hour.Owner charged me $15.80 because it was a ‘different type’ of battery.Signs say Swiss watches are more, not cheap basic Timex watches!What a rip off, false advertising.Not professional at all__ just answering owners reply —As I said my watch was Timex Japanese watch andIt’s only $250 Worth.I sell watches so even the battery is lithium I know and you know that a Battery only cost you between 0.50 cents and $1.10.Plus you are The biggest liar no one asked me for any options so I repeat I don’t recommend you to anyone you are liar and ripoff and misleading and not professional at all never ever again.

Couldn't be happier. Other shops were going to charge me $60-$100 to calibrate the seconds hand on my Seiko.The bloke running the shop said 'watch this' (pun). Pressed the 2 buttons a couple of times & did it on the spot. No charge.I almost wet myself
