Friendly and professional in all communication. Installation of my digital lock looks really good, great job thanks! As a bonus Josh overheard me talking about my dog be scared of the front door slamming sound and adjusted the closing mechanism so it’s much softer; I now have a much happier dog as well as a new digital lock! Highly recommended!
