Great experience overall. Friendly and not pushy at all unlike other car dealerships I've been to in the past.

I have used both Morayfield and Rothwell locations for my Forester servicing. Both venues have excellent friendly staff and always complete my service in an efficient and timely manner.

Bit disappointed. I asked for help with the maps update, and was basically told I had to do myself. Problem is that their online update doesn't work well which is why I asked for their help. And when you go onto Subaru Australia website is says if you are having difficulty with the update ask your local service centre.... so you see my problem? Also they recommended replacing a few parts, tyres, battery, wipers etc then went on to say they had none of any of the parts in stock..... not great I'm afraid.Next update is that having tried to update online again, the SD card has now been corrupted and Subaru were again less than helpful. Told me it would be $2,086 for a new SD card. !! I asked whether that was to replace the whole sound system and was no, just the SD. Surely that cant be right, not very helpful. To cap it all off, I was told that they also performed the recall spring replacement, and it shows on the receipt of work done, funny thing is they told me last time, just a week ago that they had also performed the spring recall work.... so what exactly is going on. When I asked for the tyres to be replaced, they replaced with cheap alternatives, with out even telling or asking me what I wanted. I was very happy with the brand and type I had on, and now I'm stuck with cheap alternatives. Very poor overall, its like everything that they touched this time was a fiasco. Not sure I'll go back to this service centre.Follow up, has been a suspected window motor problem, where I was charged $154 for the technician to tell me that it was the window motor (which we kind of knew) but they didn't have the part so put the door back together. Presumably I will be charged again for them to dismantle the door again when they do get the part. This is the 4th out of 4 parts that they have not had when requested.

Efficient, professional, friendly service. From arrival, to a lift to the shops while I waited, to pick-up when the car was ready (slightly earlier than predicted) they were great to deal with.

When you buy used Subarus (Even if they are only 1-2 years old) make sure not to fall into the trap of assuming “I’m buying from an authorized dealer, so everything should be fine as experts have done the checks for me”, but check all the little details - trims, dents etc. Minutes after the purchase noted that a front grille trim piece was broken and missing in a 2021 Forester, which when I asked, nobody in the dealership has not noticed before. However, if look, it can be seen in the photographs in the advert. Not clear to see in the photos as this is all black but easy to spot when physically see the car. Not overly happy as it is an eyesore!EDIT : I have already emailed David and expressed my dissatisfaction.

Wonderful service from the moment I dropped off my 2008 Forester. Regardless of the age of your car, you can be confident your vehicle will receive the same level of care. Highly recommend
