Exceptional Delivery!Francesca was up-front, professional, organised, accurate and informative right from the get go, she listed our house for us during a difficult time to sell given the Covid19 buyer trends changing and managed to not only close the sale but get us a better price than we expected.Altogether it was great doing business with her and I would definitely use her services again.

My girlfriend and I dealt with Fran through the purchase of our property. We cannot speak more highly of Fran who is honest, hard working and extremely personable. Fran is great at communicating with both parties and is very knowledgable of the Ballarat area (including soil composition!)Fran demonstrated honesty throughout the whole process which is rare. The process was not rushed and she had heaps of information to help us with our move from Melbourne.I would recommend Fran to anyone and should the time ever come to sell our home, I will certainly be giving her a call!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Fran and James on the sale of my mum’s home. Right from the beginning they were professional and had a great knowledge of the Soldier’s Hill area, but were also friendly and down-to-earth. Selling a home during a pandemic was a bit of a challenge (with travel restrictions etc.) and Fran was always honest and clear in her communications with my siblings and me during he process. We are extremely pleased with the result we got and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Fran again.

We'd talked to several agents about marketing our adjoining properties, and were given varying opinions. Initial high expectations from agent one" were then toned down a bit. Our own views were challenged severely by "agent two". This "pricked our balloon" and we felt quite despondent. We questioned our own judgement about what our places were worth. We then had our properties independently valued
