This is my first time doing a knockdown and rebuild. Eastbound builders has been amazing and accommodating to all our needs in building our dream home. The whole process was seamless and the site supervisor is super responsive whenever we had a question. The craftsmanship has been meticulous. Logan and the eastbound team completed two townhouses for us. We tendered the project to a number of builders and met with Logan. They are reliable builders that were able to complete this project on time and under budget. During the building process they professional and good to work with. And were able to accommodate a number of changes requested by us.We were very happy with the product and outcome delivered. And highly recommend Eastbound.

Eastbound Builders completed construction of 3 x double-story town-houses. Throughout the construction phase, Eastbound team was very responsive and undertook the work professionally as agreed in the contract. I was provided with Buildertrend" phone app which allowed me to oversee the project and track the progress. Construction was completed and occupancy permit was provided two months prior to the contracted date
