The Coffee Club Café - Capalaba Park
After the cold market it was good to stop in for hot coffee and breakfast. Eggs beni didn't disappoint,.cofee was delicious. Store clean,.staff efficient and friendly. Store manager sure was busy pumping out the coffees. Thanks to all and happy Sunday.

A really nice breakfast was ruined with a terrible coffee. I didn’t drink the coffee and politely asked if it was possible to re make it. The girl was very unimpressed, left with the coffee and then never returned. We left almost 1/2 hour later waiting for it. They definitely are not open to feedback and lack customer service skills.

Very disappointing service. This shop usually is better than this. My husband and I had 2 cappuccinos, fable meaty mushroom flat grill and almond croissant. Croissant was tough as nails. Hubby's flat grill was ok. We asked for my cappuccino to be as hot as they could make it. They did that but to both cappuccinos. My rating was basically that it took 35 minutes just to receive our coffees. The found came about 20 minutes later. I heard table 18 was looking for their order and no one could find it, so they had to go back to the registers to print a new one. Will go to the one in the other shopping centre. Have always had good service from them. I don't know if they were short staffed re covid or training people but they should have said that they would be a lot slower than usual and we would have understood.

Visited on 2/1/23 a public holiday. Kitchen was closed early but manager hadn’t told staff. Ready made sandwiches couldn’t be even toasted. Counter staff were lovely. Witnessed manager abrasively correcting a customer over a smoothie’s ingredients & later fencing another waiting customer with tables & signage when they were closing up. Maybe some retraining needed there.

Super rude staff and manager. Need to learn some manners. They want proof from people working in the center. I wonder if every employee can get a business card of their own name to show these people., would be a lot more cost effective lol

Very bad customer service by the young red headed lady that works front of houseTook my order very rudely, told us 45 min wait, came back in 25 mins, for it to be sitting there and gone cold, she then said she had called it 3 times, an it was completely cold.Went back to ask for a fresh meal, considering I waited 45 min, she was very unapproachable, a she didn’t want to resolve the problem, walked off with an attitude like a teenage girl.Do not recommend the is coffee club at all.Cheers

Last 2 times been in (within 4 days) and they have forgotten to do coffee orders with food and both times staff looked surprised as if never ordered drinks, so have to pull out transaction. What is going on, it cannot be that hard, you take order, put it into the computer, take payment....how do you forget to do the drinks....is that staff training, new staff or issue with how you log the actual order.

Been to the Coffee Club Capalaba park many time's but on this occasion it wasn't good, young girl who served us clearly didn't want to be there, and our food was served to us by a young chap who had sores on his knuckles which weren't covered, I had a very dry ham, cheese and tomato sandwich, my other half had some kind of chicken BLT which was on dry toast and wasn't nice, not sure if it was because it later in the day or what but such a shame when it use to be good.
