I ordered an apple green tea, and I asked the girl for extra ice twice and still didn’t get…it was very watering and had no taste at all…won’t be back. Kotara is much better…

They won't give you what you pay for..Twice toppings were under.. the first time I caught the maker and she fixed it to be the correct amount.. The second time two toppings were paid for and half serves were given so only one topping when I paid for two...Its seriously disappointing....Please fix it and buy enough stock

Tea is fine I’ve never had an issue with that. The girl who always serves me is rude. She can’t even say hello how are you?. She just stares at you until you tell her what you want. Honestly she is supposed to work in customer service it’s really not hard to say hello to someone, especially when you’re first point of contact

I used to frequent this Chatime but recently I got a simple premium pearl tea with no ice and no sugar and they put sugar in it. I had also ordered extra pearls but they did not put any extra in it. The tea tasted very watery. They consistently make mistakes with my order which shouldn't happen because the order is printed directly on the sticker they place on the cup. I think I won't be visiting this location anymore.

I went here on Tuesday the 12th of July with my boyfriend and we ordered an ‘Oolong Milky’. I love coming here and I’m a frequent customer, however, when we received the order it tasted sour. We asked if the milk had gone bad and if we could have a refund (as he had only had a sip of the drink) and the worker there with the red hair simply told us to ‘go away’ and she turned around. She was being unnecessary rude and you won’t be seeing me or my family/friends going here again. Horrible customer service.

Disorganised. Only one person actually making the drinks and one person on the till. The other employee was doing things in the background that was not contributing to making drinks - refilling tea container that was nearly full. Sad because normally Chatime is reliably fast and great

Taro milk tea supposed to be the thickest cremiest and sweet milk tea but not watery and tasteless. Pearls was hard to bite ,definitely not come back for the expensive price and the horrible Taste . 7 Dollars wasted .

Cheating!Watch out for the price guys! They have an ads right at the check out register as 2 for $9 for student". My children who are 11 and 12 y.o come to buy 2 regular fruit tea. They charged $11

This is the best place to buy bubble tea. They have a range and variety of different flavoured tea and milkys and they taste absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend buying them. When you order you can also choose from a regular or large ( I always go for the large because they’re so nice and delicious! ) which are very inexpensive anis very good quality. You can also choose if you want to have any mix in’s in you Chatime and you can get grape jelly, rainbow jelly, mango, strawberry or apple popping pearls, aloe jelly, pearls ( my favourite) and much more delicious choices. I love this shop soo much and I always go there.

You can waste your entire lunch break here waiting sometimes. It doesn't look busy but they are doing a huge online order or something. The tea is good, but the wait can make it not worth it at all.
