I actually enjoyed my massage in Paradise Massage. The Lady is very traditional. Not a fancy place but who cares. If you want fancy, go for a massage in a 5 star Hotel. The Lady Owner knows her stuff and genuinely want her customers to get better. Her style is not by numbers. She studies your body to find out the problem areas. So don't compare her technique to as supposed to Swedish massage menu in hotels. Tell her your problem areas and let her work on it. I prefer a traditional massage like hers than those masseuse that are only doing their jobs and using their training. They have no instinct, whereas the Lady in Paradise Massage has both training and instinct. She is also kind hearted.

Very unprofessional! No paradise! Loud voices throughout my massage, even when asked to be quite by my therapist and by myself! Also some very inappropriate noises coming from the next cubicle. But by far the worse (and what made me really mad as i had payed $80) was that the older lady/manager who was the loud voice did not care! She was looking at her phone and doing anything else apart from addressing my concerns! I also felt for my therapist who did her best to apologies and make my experience a little better! Go somewhere else if you are having an hour massage, it won't be paradise!

This place is totally unprofessional. They have no idea what they are doing. Massage was vastly underrated as it is clearly evident they are not qualified and I had to tell them to stop talking to each other during our massage session as I am here to relax not listen to them chit chat. They massaged my husband and I using gloves and we were dripping in oil. The facial was not much better. I would never spend $280 again for this type of service. Absolutely terrible and a real let down.

Firstly, let me make it crystal clear that I have no association with this business, apart from being one of the many fortunate customers for approximately six months. I found Paradise Massage because of the recommendation of an ex-girlfriend, whom I tried to convince to go to another therapist; but who was adamant this was the place to go! Being a person who has a severely degraded spine, effective therapeutic (remedial) massage is essential to me on a weekly basis (or I cannot function). I have just read some of the petty, out-of context and needlessly bitter comments made here about a business (Helensvale branch) and a person (the manager, Lisa) who have helped to turn my life from an utter, aching misery, into something close to normal. Yes, it is true, that as a result of the warm, welcoming and casual atmosphere this place offers, customers may not always find the kind of cold, silent, quasi-monastic massage experience they feel suits them... but for my tastes, I would rather an incredibly-skilful, vibrant, energetic and passionate about-my-care massage therapist anytime - and that IS what you will find at Paradise Massage at Helensvale. As always, Lisa is intently focused on her client's needs and uses her deeply-developed therapeutic insights to choose the right therapist for the client. I have had two therapists here, firstly Kate and latterly, Radka; both with markedly different techniques but both with an absolute devotion to removing my pain - with great success! Both are excellent and skilful therapists who work tirelessly to help their clients - working in close consultation with Lisa to provide an high standard of care across a broad range of treatment modalities. Before the degeneration of my spine made it impossible, I too was a fully-qualified and experienced remedial masseur - believe me, this place and these warm and wonderfully-caring professionals are the place to go for REAL healing. After almost seven years of misdiagnosis by GCUH, I finally have a correct diagnosis of what causes my excruciating pain... who was it that identified it immediately and correctly (on my first visit)... yes of course... it was Lisa. Do not believe the nay sayers"

So relaxing, could stay all day. Lady was lovely and sure knew her stuff! Will definitely be returning.

Under new management. New Manager is very enthusiastic. Really good if you like Thai or Chinese style massage.

Dr Ling is just superb! She really knows her stuff and talks your through what she’s doing and why. She even tells you how to better take care of your problem areas at home.The staff really put their all into ensuring you walk out feeling better

Visited twice in two weeks and both massages with different staff and have been excellent. They listened to what l wanted and focussed on those areas, just didn't do the normal process. Thanks

One of the best massage places on the coast! Lisa, the manager, takes the time to speak with you about the overall problem and makes it her mission for you to leave without pain. All staff are trained well and my husband and I attend regularly and both benefit greatly from the remedial massages. Highly recommend!

Good massage therapists. I've never had a poor massage here and recommend the therapists highly. It's best to book but there are walk in appointments too. They do hot stone massage which is wonderful but mostly I have the remedial massage for work related aches. Brilliant!They have male and female staff, all are very good.
