I was in the shop searching for kids water bottle. Asked 1 staff where can I find one and she said we don't have them rudely.. meanwhile searching for other product I got the bottle. When asked about the same she turned her face around walked away.. may be not a good day.. but you don't need to be rude to any customer. Shopped on last Sunday afternoon.

Must be the slowest store in existence. Over 30 minutes for a prescription. Never again.

Staff are extremely slow! The chemist lady moves at a snail’s pace….. I’ve been there many times and it’s always a 30 minute wait or more, even if you are second in line. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Don’t go there unless you have a couple of hours to waste.

The pharmacist Zaynal was funny (in a nice way) and helpful gentleman! Though he was busy, upon request to have a chat he quickly showed up.He clearly explained the things. It was nice talking to him.Also, Glim (not sure if I spelled it right) the sales person was quick and willing to help. For that matter, all the sales persons were helpful.Overall, it was a positive experience being to this pharmacy!

The staff here are genuinely all so friendly and helpful. Sadly it is possibly the world's slowest pharmacy, taking on average 15-30 minutes for a basic script even at non-peak times which isn't great when you're not feeling the best. Aside from that, they do have a great range!

This has to be the slowest customer service I have ever experienced!!! Literally everytime I go to get a prescription we have to wait in line to be served for a long time. For goodness sake put another staff member on the prescription desk!!! Ridiculous! I actually try to avoid this store if I possibly can because it’s so slow!!!

Great range of products in most areas, but its a shame that most hair products are now supermarket brands and I have to order salon quality products via other online stores.
