Completely indifferent and irresponsible mechanical work and QC I've ever experienced all the way down from supervisor to mechanic. After asking for brake shudder to be checked, querying the work and asking for it to be great driven, and finally checking again on pick up, was given the worst braking I've ever experienced in 50+ years of motorcycling. On checking in my own garage, I found an obviously warped disc and damage to one of the caliper pins, which the workshop manager claimed had never been touched, even though they admitted to pulling the pads. Diabolical!!!!

What great service my wife and I received today at Moto Adelaide. We stopped to look at new helmets and ended up buying two new helmets with built in Bluetooth units and a jacket. They installed the Bluetooth units for $0 and then gave us a discount without us even asking. The helmets are fantastic.

I picked up my BMW 1250 Rallye from a service today, these guys are tremendous, I couldn't be happier, the communication, workmanship, cleanliness and to top it all off great warm people to deal with, from Shannon in spares to Daniel and all in the workshop for a great job well done.I must put in a plug for Joel who sold me this incredible machine you're amazing thanks

The team at Moto Adelaide got me out of bind today.I needed a new tyre as a previous puncture was causing me issues. I hadn’t booked in and they managed to fit me in and get me going again as I was on a 10 day round trip to and from Melbourne via the Flinders Ranges.They have a great retail display and know how to provide quality service.Highly recommend.

Amazing!!The fuel pump on my k1300s decided to let go and cover me and it in 98 octane while I was riding down Anzac Highway. To make things even better it was 4pm on a Friday arvo, my first thought was this is going to cost me hundreds just for the tow truck. I called Moto Adelaide asking for help!!! James the legend finished work, went home and picked up his Ute and collected my bike for me. Once they had the bike they repaired everything that needed to be repaired, give it a service and threw on a new front tyre. Their communication was outstanding, the price was good and they had the bike ready to go sooner than I thought they would. I've had the bike back for a little bit now and it feels like it's 10 years younger. They have a customer for life now, highly recommend.Side note; I needed a new lid, so thought I'd have a look through their shop while I was there. The guys who helped me were excellent, I tried on about 15 helmets until I found one that fit my misshapen head. Very very happy!

New showroom is first class and there must be 1,000% more stock of both motorcycles and accessories. It's huge!!! Fantastic staff and an owner that really cares about customer satisfaction. 5 stars!!!!!!!! Will always be back forever.

As an interstate buyer, communication with Matt was quick from the get-go and everything was organised well and efficiently. When I dropped by the showroom unannounced, Matt took the trouble of taking my new bike out so I could go for a little spin, and his colleague Marco even kept my little 5yo nephew entertained while the adults were busy. Fantastic customer service and great range of bikes and products. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Adelaide!
