Went to Dural Pool shop on Saturday as my pool pump stopped working. They looked at it on the spot, pulled it apart went to the irrigation shop next door to get a new capacitor and to test if this was the problem, which it was. Put the whole thing back together for me - problem fixed. Thanks so much to Dural Pool shop and to Ben who provided Blue Ribbon service. I went in there expecting and prepared to buy a new pump and they knew that. But even still, they did not take advantage of that and repaired it for me instead, all for $80. I would highly recommend Dural Pool Shop to anyone needing pool supplies or service. I have always found them to operate with the highest level of integrity. Thanks once again for your excellent service

They never answer their phone so don't bother calling.Message on the answering machine states you need proof of double vaccinations to get your water tested?There are no Government restrictions in place, so why does this need to be enforced?

called to try get a service on my pool, was told I had to send email. I duly sent them n email to the address I was told to - on the 23/11. No response. Sent a follow-up email 29/11. No response. Tried live chat function on their website - silence. How do people run businesses like this?

I've only visited this business once as we no longer have a swimming pool, I found the staff professional, friendly and very helpful and will use them again when we get another swimming pool.

Just had my pool installed. Went to Dural Pool Shop and spoke to Ben and had my water tested and analysed. He was most helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his help.

Beware .. my recent experience saw their staff member/owner? try and sell me a pool cleaner (T3 Zodiac barracuda) for $630!When I told him that price was not right, he immediately said he would sell it to me for $535.When I point out to him that the recommended retail is $409 and $399 with Catch online .. he realized he had been caught out trying to rip his potential customer off! I ended up purchasing the same pool cleaner at the Pool warehouse @ castle hill for $409 and found myself a new pool shop. They have a huge range of everything … literally a warehouse of everything pool.
