I recently had Civic Shower Screens and Wardrobes install mirrored Wardrobe sliding doors in three of our bedrooms. We were recommended them from our painter. Our experience with them was excellent. We opted for the soft close which are just devine and also chose frameless with a handle so that there were no fingerprints on the mirrored doors.After having the free quote done, we were given a time frame for construction of the doors and this was within 1-2 weeks which was great. The only hiccup we had was when the doors were installed, I noticed they did not have the handle on the door ends. After contacting Civic, they ensured that these were remade and changed over promptly without any questions or cost to us. I was blown away with the fact they made this process so smooth and when there was an issue, it was rectified immediately. It is obvious that they put the customer first and ensure that the customer is happy with the finished product.I can honestly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional company who has excellent customer service and excellent communication with the customer.
