United Petroleum Tenterfield (Pie Face)

Sometimes, there is an only cheap petrol station on the road. Overall, very satisfying service. Nice and quick register experiece. Also there were no queue at the pump lots. Fresh water and snacks are also sold there. Unfortunately, I haven't seen this brand in Queensland.

Modern petrol station. Good range of fuels available. The toilets were very clean. The staff member on duty was nice and friendly when I visited.

Great owners amazingly friendly with a good selection of both general goods and hot foods, very moden and clean with a great caravan park located right behind the United, awesome place to stay.

Guy behind the counter wouldn’t listen when told the high flow diesel pump wasn’t pumping at all and the low flow was full of air bubbles. Claimed we weren’t operating it properly. As it might well be an empty bulk tank and pumping bottom of the tank dirt I was trying I advise him of this but he was argumentative and unhelpful.

Bad customer service they told me not to come back in and get a refund on smokes that were rediclously priced $43.00 just for jps and every were Else is$35.00 and because they loose out on buissness and profet well excuse me we us customers have a right for a refund don't matter wat the cause is... very rude I thought....the owner swears at you after asking for a refund .... and tells me not to ask for a refund again so wrong that servo is so priced even for just toilet paper something is wrong on there side of pricing.....

Sadly the worst customer service I’ve received anywhere in Australia. Attendant didn’t provide eye contact, smile or even speak (I would have been happy with at least one) even though I was using all the manners in my vocabulary. Clearly he was unhappy in his job but please don’t reflect it on your customers & make them feel like a bother. Also normal Diesel fuel pumps were out of order & pumps were very dirty & covered in fuel.

Now run by United fuel company, it has very cheap fuel and well equipped shop and take away facilities. Basic but good value Caravan Park. Vastly improved all round.

Open 5am so that was good. Very tasty coffee. $2.019 for diesel

This United servo and caravan park is by far the friendliest in town.We were in need of a auto mechanic due to a fault in our Cruiser. The attendant gave us a site in the park behind, drive through, settled in and stayed 3 days while Cruiser getting repaired. This park is small , quiet, well maintained although a little “ tired “ in their ammenities but as we were totally self sufficient this wasn’t a problem. The park manager was more than accomodating and the servo stocked an excellent array of food, incidentals that was more than adequate.The biggest plus was a full powered site was only $20 a night! The rest of parks in Tenterfield were crammed in like sardines!!!A hidden gem! Space , grass, good water, what more could you ask for. We shall be back on the next time around.
