I was in the store last week to get my phone fixed with my son. Raju was the sales guy who served me . I am very much impressed with his knowledge. He was very quick to fix my phone and put all the screen paper. He also suggested me to buy the charger and phone holders. He explained the battery and how I should use the phone in the car . That was worth buying all those things . Could not thank him enough and will be recommending to everyone. Thanks for helping the old lady Raju. Much love

Went to seek some advice on purchasing a new iPhone and got some really good info from Raj the manager. He knows his stuff and I appreciate the help. Definitely recommend coming here.

It's already the second time Fone King saves my life and fixes my phone. The first time I had a software problem and the store was super quick and attentive to me. The second time I arrived at the store and it was almost closing. The store's technical assistant was extremely polite and has enormous technical knowledge. He fixed my cell phone and the manager waited for my cell phone to be ready and then closed the store. Fone King would be lucky to have such a technical assistant and manager in every store. They are amazing. I recommend everyone to come to Fone King QVB. I've been to other Fone King but none of them have as good a team as QVB. Congratulations to the team!!

Went into Fone King to get a screen protector and a case for my Samsung and had one of the best experiences ever. Raj helped me every step of the way and offered solutions that I actually needed. The best part about it was the fact that they actually had a good conversation and listened to what I said to help me. Didn't try and sell me anything that I didn't need. All in all one of the best group of people I have had the delight to deal with in retail. Definitely will be going back.
