Fantastic customer service, my 17y.o. son went in to get some links removed from his new watch, they removed the links, & didn't charge him. We were quoted $20 from the larger jewellers in the shopping centres, it pays to shop local, I've been going to this jeweller for years, & highly recommended them..

21.9.18 - update on my bangle. I made a complaint to the consumer affairs on 18.9.19.9.18 Peter rings me with yet more lies. He said the bangle is almost ready just waiting a hinge to come from Italy and it'll possibly arrive in 1.5 weeks. Italy? It wasn't acceptable to me after over a month. So i tell him to have the bang la back to its original form and I will pick it up on Friday the 21st. He said fine.20.9.18 - I rcv a call from the consumer affairs who've contacted Peter and was advised that nothing has been done with then bangle and I can pick it up.21.9.18 - today. I go to pick the bangle and true enough Peter had without shame lied to me. Nothing was done with the bangle. And no apology. He lies to me again to my face saying that they were going to melt it and work on it on Wednesday. OMG!I have never seen a person with less morals and integrity. He sweet talked me when I first went in there with promises of this and that.Nonsense.how is a a lying person in business for 50 years? Because we enable him.it's our fault people like him cheat and lie to customers. No integrity. No ethics. No morals. Karma Peter. You will have yours coming to you. People should complain more when they are treated poorly or lied to. Pls don't tolerate such nonsense anymore. The consumer affairs acted very fast. Well done to them. And shame on you Peter. Shame on you. IF you can feel any shame that is.*******************************************************18.9.18 - Gave Peter an item to work on. I was given 2 weeks lead time which I agreed to. 4 weeks later it's still not complete. What's worse I was not called to be updated and I have made 3 calls since and he seems evasive. The 1st call he said they had lots of jobs. What does this mean? Either he had much to do when he took on my job and lied about the lead time or he's shoved my job aside for jobs coming in after? He promised he'll try to get it done asap and ring me. A little over a week later I make 2 other calls and both times, promised he will check and ring me back. But no he did Not!For now I am worried about this piece. It has sentimental value. How very disappointing. No integrity and his word is certainly not trustworthy. I will NOT recommend. Dismal service and very expensive. I so regret going there.

I am a Bayswater local and have purched a ring and nose ring here on two separate occasions spaning over years and the service along with craftsman's ship has been outstanding! If you're after unique and far from generic craftsman's ship with a smile this is the place for you!

It was great to see Peter and Cathy again. Repaired my gorgeous ring.. I'd lost stones during covid.. was so worth the wait..as always, a superb job, a great price and a smile to boot!

Took ring the be checked to make sure it was safe to wear. They broke it and gave it back without saying anything, no apology. Then said they'd fix it and kept it from April to July - again making no effort to call and apologise for delay. Shameful behaviour. Ring was not valuable but very precious to me.

Went here to have my wedding bands made and was disappointed with the quality. Ended up going to another jeweller to get them fixed.Also a bit hard to get in as they’re not always open on the days they say they will be there.

I have been here several times for repairs sand battery replacement. Every time i have Breen treated wth courtesy and respect and excellent service. The battery replacement charges are inexpensive and usually done immediately. I cannot recommend high enough.
