So disappointed in the after sale care by this company, after receiving our recliner we discovered it was broken, it will be 4 weeks in total before someone can come and look at it or we can get 30% back to keep it as is. I’m sorry but I didn’t pay $1000 to have a broken item sitting in our lounge to just look at cause we can’t use it. I don’t understand why it can’t just be replaced if it’s brand new.WELL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH AMART AGAIN

Bull Ants biting me for an entire day would have been a more pleasant experience then dealing with Amart Furniture Rockhamption. I would never buy anything from Amart again, we had a bed which broke in the same places twice and no doubt it'll break again. They left us without a bed for almost an entire year or offered us something like $200 to keep the broken bed and not get a replacement. Various calls just ended up with us being told they would call us back to to call another number who just said to call the store back.Do yourself a favor and buy from anywhere else to prevent yourself the pain that I had to by sleeping on the floor for months.

If zero was a rating, that's what I would have chosen. I bought a bed online a week ago. It arrived 3 days later. Hubby went to assemble it and found a crack on the footboard and a scratch on the headboard. After contacting customer care I was offered $80 to keep the same bed. Why would I pay so much money to get a broken item. Just refund my money or replace the item. Will never make a mistake and purchase from this store again.

Pity there is no 0 (zero). Non genuine leather products sold stating they are leather - leather price tag with fake leather. Warranty does not mean a thing. Shop elsewhere

Bought my mattress and a pantry cupboard here over a year ago and had exceptional service including free delivery to my then residence 50km away.Recently attended on cyber Monday" to take advantage of the sales after work and almost impossible to find a salesperson. Person didn't listen to what I was looking for and showed me inappropriate options that were not fit for the purpose I wanted. Tried to charge me $99 for delivery of what turned out to be one relatively small box (still not sure how the relatively sturdy looking chest I bought fits in there as I've been in hospital and unable to unbox and assemble it) to a location less than 10 mins away"

Highly disappointed with Amart, couch has just been delivered in 10 pieces, the boxes were too large to fit through the door so they are just sitting outside. No assembly provided for an expensive leather couch. Now to try get them inside and then to get rid of the boxes and rubbish. Not the delivery drivers fault, Amart did not explain that it would come in pieces and would not be assembled!
