This agency is alright, During my time with them they did NOT make me feel like a plastic bag as Katy Perry would say, I repeat this organisation is way better than others I have experienced.

Difficult to navigate services, a pain to get to, and paid parking.

Since being with Mission Australia I have spoken with and got a warm welcome from Andre and Gloria my case manager is a fantastic lady who has treated me as a person and not just a case subject...They are great helping you to get work, work on resume and asking questions if need be...So happy I'm there and keep up the great work... Thank you all xxxx

Great place, helpful, friendly and a great variety of items

This review is not necessarily for Mission Australia rather for their employee Maree, for I believe anywhere she works would be blessed to have her. “Ree” took the time to understand my complex & difficult situation without any judgement, even before meeting me in person. Now that is how services are supposed to be delivered but rarely is that the case. She allowed me the time to explain my situation and her responses were considered, thoughtful & respectful. I felt heard, without being rushed but also she kept me on track. A hard task for anyone. She was able to help me with Centrelink and I am also feeling like I will be able to have a future career too!! I knew I was going to have to work forever but I never knew I might be able to have a career and perhaps even enjoy a day or two of it! I want to thank you Ree for helping me. My whole attitude to employment has changed.. I hope Mission Australia know how lucky they are to have you!!
