Would give this business ZERO stars if I could - they’re thieves! Nicholas took an AGREED deposit amount for a mobile phone and as soon as I sent him the payment receipt of $150, he told me that “his boss” wouldn’t accept and requested $300. I was already very suspicious of making an electronic payment on marketplace (and rightfully so) so I told him I wanted my money back. I was assured I would get it back, I’ve received fresh air and crickets. These people are illegitimate and are not to be trusted, though they will tell you otherwise. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “BUSINESS”!!!!

Nothing but problems and lies. Paid $260 to get my screen replaced and promised 3 months warranty. After 1 week the screen was lifting i went back and the technician wasn't in to fix, i decided to order a battery and have the replaced at the same time. 2nd time back battery was still not in, 3rd time back he blamed my old battery for swelling being the reason the screen was lifting, he replaced battery and glued screen down which started lifting before i had even left the store (without the swelling battery). He also complemented me with a free glass screen protector which wasn't even the right size for my phone. Now another week later the screen is still lifting and now has cracked in the bottom corner underneath this glass protector and they now refuse to warrant my screen.$260 for screen and $70 for a battery and a giant headache!

Great services, they fixed my phone on the spot. I keep coming back to them because they are the best in Penrith area. Keep it up guys.

Buyers be highly aware what ever you do, do NOT try and buy or send money this place is a scamming company there is a few business names trading as Captain Phones you send your money then they accuse you that you didn’t send even when you send them a screen shot of the transaction then they ask you to resend the amount again took me for $500 don’t buy from this company NOT LEGIT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PLEASE DONT SEND
