Collecting discarded containers from the sides of the Bruce Highway, from Mackay to Rockhampton, and cashed them in at Kanga Bins when I arrived at Rocky. $12.40 for me!

Communication was a bit lacking at times when there were delays or cancellations, but Jacob went above and beyond in removing all my debris and rubbish and was very polite and pleasant to deal with. On balance would definitely recommend them.

Went to cash in bottles and cans. Staff were very helpful. Social distancing rules were adhered to.

It's okay. Should have all machines working but today only 2. Opening hours should be 5am just to beat the heat.

Service in regards to timely delivery and pick-up is spot on. However, their professionalism needs much work. Firstly, they had to different prices between two staffers so I was most likely ripped off. Second, admin staff seem to have a grudge with customers who confront them on the slightest of issues. Finally, the driver couldn't have a receipt book with him despite it being a necessity for businesses.In summary, they get the labour side of things done in a timely and hassle-free manner; however, when it comes to the paperwork side of things, there's much room for improvement.

Excellent customer service. After a miscommunication they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I can't describe how incredibly surprised and happy I was with their professionalism. Great Service. Highly recommend.
