I have been a customer approx ten years and entirely happy with Dr Chan's professionalism. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. My experience with Dr Felicity Wardlaw was terrible. During my interactions with her, I found her to be disrespectful. She was very keen to point out issues and problems and gave me a long list of problems to address. I was instantly sceptical about her opinions so I sought an opinion from another dentist who totally disagreed with her recommendations. At first I wasn't sure who to believe as I was given very different opinions, so I then sought opinions from several other dentists and I was repeatedly told that her opinions and recommendations were totally incorrect, and in some cases in fact dangerous. I'm not sure if she's incompetent or greedy. I suspect both. I am very glad I sought several other opinions. It is a worry to me that someone in such a position is so willing to give false or misleading opinions and recommendations with blatant disregard for others, for what I can only assume is her own personal benefit.

Dr Felicity Wardlow was my dentist for 25 years. She’s the best! I’m now living overseas and whenever I sit on a dentist chair, I think about Felicity and I miss her.

Last Friday, on 23 December I chipped my front tooth and called Attentive Dental. Although they were closing, they said they will wait for me to fix my tooth. All three, the dentist, the dental nurse and the receptionist stayed back an hour extra in order to provide the service. I could not be happier and in fact this was my biggest and best Christmas present. Given the Christmas closure, if it wasn't for these beautiful people, I would have walked around with chipped tooth for the next two weeks. Thank you Attentive Dental for such a wonderful service. Massive thanks to all three staff members that waited for me and who worked extra hours on this day. Of course, I have to thank Dr Michelle Chsn for her AMAZING skills. She managed to fix my front tooth so well, it's not noticable at all. I am a very happy customer indeed :)
