I have been utilizing Jet for approximately 3 years, swapping to them after many bad outcomes from our previous provider Comet/Capital. Jets drivers are punctual and timely couriers. If bookings prove to have inconsistencies I have received a call within minutes of my booking, if bookings won't meet the days deadline I also have received calls. we have been offered cheaper rates by our previous provider opting to pay slightly more for a far superior service. I have also used Jet in S.A while orchestrating freight from Perth and still received the same high service.

We use Jet multiple times a day. Friendly, reliable drivers and back end staff are easy to comunicate with. There have been several wet, high volume days in Perth recently and they keep getting the job done in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.

A driver from this company reversed into my vehicle and drove off without leaving details. No apology received and office was not helpful with my insurance company. Thank goodness for CCTV and witness that come forward.

These drivers are always polite and on time. I work for a national wholesalers that splits our business between 2 courier companies and Jet seems to be the cream of the crop as far as Courier Companies and drivers. If it's an urgent or special customer delivery Jet are always are first go to.

I have been using Jet since its opening roughly 10 years ago, and throughout that whole time their service has been impeccable with excellent communication, friendly staff and quick service. Any issues are solved quickly and efficiently, and the drivers I've encountered are lovely people.

We have been using Jet couriers to adhoc all our local deliveries for many years now. They are a great reliable service and very well priced. Always quick to communicate and very easy to deal with. We on average book anywhere between 15 to 30 jobs a week (I can't remember the last time we had an issue). Drivers are polite, good to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Today 20/06 on Tonkin Hwy, your driver 1EDX 136 is driving illegally and using emergency lane while tailgating people!!!! It is raining and your dumbbead driver is endangering everyone’s lives!
