Matt Kenny was the sales manager i have had contact with and his attitude towards customer care and service is terrible ,even though we purchased a lot of other items from him he was absolutely no help.Basically gave us the contractor who installed it and told us to deal direct with them.Terrible product had it for just 5 years [even though its supposed to be under warranty for 5 years]Fabric is okay but the tape and spring has broken with minimal use .The company doesnt want to do anything even though the initial install was inspected and 5 times over a period of 3 months with both the manufacturer and the installer.The repair bill cost would be $1050+gst for the tape and the springs labour alone is $1400+gst .The only part they will cover is the cost of the spring.Go to someone else if you want service other than Matt Kenny and MOAGet something else that will last you a longer time and is more reasonable to repair if you need to.The cost of the unit was originally Neat $10000.00

So pleased with the see-thru and block out blinds from MOA. Excellent from quote to installation and very happy with the finished product and how well they look and work. Respectful installers didn't leave a mess and the dual blinds and perfectly aligned. The motorised blinds run smoothly. Highly recommend!

I think from start to finish it took less than two weeks, it was awesome service and response. I paid exactly what I wanted to pay and Joe came up with good solutions for thermal protection. I am thrilled ! I am a repeat customer and I always recommend them to others in the building.
