Going on my first snow adventure to Finland in December and staff were very helpful in assisting me with proper items to keep warm in their winter weather.

I rang the Narellan store to source an item that had gone on clearance and was no longer available in store.I spoke to Nick, who was more than helpful, after ringing Tamworth store to source the items I wanted, he arranged for them to be transferred to his store.As I didn’t live close he said it would be fine to collect next time I came down and he would keep them in store for me.3-4 days after speaking to Nick I got a call to tell me the items had arrived and that there was no rush to pick them up, they were happy to keep them for me.This is true customer service. Thankyou Nick and Kathmandu for employing such exceptional staff members.I truly hope Kathmandu sees this and makes a point of praising Nick for his friendly, helpful and awesome service skills. 10/10.
