Resolve Medical Centre Melton

By far one of the best clinics I have visited in awhile. The service was great. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.The service that I received from Dr Rawal was excellent. Will definitely keep coming back.

Dr.Monirul Islam of resolve medicals, visits my bed ridden mom home, despite his busy schedule. Doctors hardly have time to relax themself but this doctor works extra time for bed ridden patience's. Money is not the only criteria of life for this doctor, he cares about patience. This is an angle God send for Australians Patiences. He injects in such a way, you won't feel it, painless and perfect- so efficient doctor who think outside the square for the betterment of his patience. My mom used to take three BP tablets now taking only one, that too half tablet instead of 1 and her BP is normal - he did this as a measure against her shutting down Kidney. God bless Doctor Islam and the wonderful clinic he works for., I am extending my thanks to all the doctors who treated my mom such as Dr,Alam, Dr,Sekka and Dr.Rawal and salute to those wonderful receptionists who welcomed me always. My Salute!

I have been to this clinic and have seen Dr Rawal (my preference) for few years now. I am very happy and satisfied with the service of both the front desk staff and the doctors. I have seen Dr Sikka and Dr Siri but mostly Dr Rawal who I find most professional and make you feel comfortable talking and asking questions about your medical concerns.

Staff is friendly and caring . We have requested some urgent assistant several times from Dr. Rawal . He always try to sort out either way if he is busy or not .By getting online or face to face appointment if needed . Our family always appreciate his concerns to which he shows towards his patients.Much Much Appreciate

Best service and staff, if it wasn’t for Dr Rawal I wouldn’t be here to write this.When I felt something was wrong he listened and never gave up till he had answers and made sure I got the help that saved my life. That was 9 years ago, I don’t live in the area but drive 1hr to see him and the stuff at the centre can’t speak highly of.Caring, understanding and excellent bed side manner. Now days this type of care is so rare and hard to find.Thank you to all at the clinic for making me feel like a person and not a number.

Dr Rawal and Dr Sikka have been my GP for around 8+ years. I have always found the staff to be courteous and professional. Unfortunately some patients were unkind to the poor staff. I have always found the GPs here thorough and well versed in my medical history. I have no hesitation recommending this practice given my personal experience over the years.

I would highly recommend Resolve Medical, the entire team of this clinic are supportive and caring. My family and I have been seeing Dr Rawal from years. He is caring, knowledgeable and very professional. He has provided us with the best medical help for our elderly parents and young kids.
