Sorry to say we have now been very disappointed twice in 6 mths with the quality and taste of what is suppossed to be a baked cheesecake. It is half as thick as it used to be, and still costs the same, and believe the recipe they now use is different. We had been regulars, turned off by our purchase in Dec 2021 which we were embarrassed by in taking to our friends for lunch. Now having given them a 2nd chance, we won't be back! Coles baked cheesecake is 100% better! I prefer to support small business, but with this product you have driven me away.

The cake is top quality. It is so delicious and is always the highlight of any birthday. The staff are so kind and helped out my family when we had to get a cake last minute. Great place. Highly recommend.

I found the service to be exceptional and the cake order was ready by the required date.The cake eaters all found the cake to be delicious and of good quality ingredients.Free parking is along side the shop building too and it was very clean in the store.

Very disappointed recently. I have been a regular customer of Cheesecake green hills. They had divine, fresh cakes always. From past 6 months really disappointed in the quality of cakes ! Surely they are not fresh anymore. The cakes from inside are very dry and u can surely say they are not fresh made !!! Waste of my money this time !

Cake did not taste like bubblegum like advertised online the piping is supposed to be infused with bubblegum but couldn’t taste it. The manger of the the store was supposed to contact me back at the start of the week very unprofessional to not contact me back and refused me a refund will not be going back to this store! Absolutely disgusting customer service if there was a choice to not give stars I would not have given them any!

One star because I pre-ordered and paid for a cake for a birthday function and went to collect it on the day they gave a me surprise of the life by saying that there was no order placed under my name , when insisted to recheck it they found order but no cake was made for me. I told them that I have function soon so finally they gave me a cake from the shelf and solved it , I had to take it anyway because I had the party in next hour. very unhappy with cheese cake green hills.
