Been several times and even despite some busy period I’m never left waiting more than a few minutes. Chicken is hot and the burgers are decently prepared. Definitely the better KFC restaurants out there

Worst KFC in the area by far. Order completely wrong upon first visit - was graciously given a $25 voucher for this (even though the original order was over $40), given the wrong chicken and burgers.On the return with the voucher, again all chicken was wrong - do you not do hot and spicy chicken here? To have it happen twice within a 2 week span is beyond me. It’s not hard. Worth a 10 minute drive to Eight Mile Plains to get the correct order, and the food is actually hot. Don’t bother coming here.

Since it opened, we have been to this KFC, and their chicken was delicious. The best thing is Tuesday special is back. Please keep the change out of cooking oil to keep the frying clean. Their service is good and friendly. We will be back again.

Go to any other KFC and you're waiting 2 years for your zinger box to come out. But this place has to have the quickest order to counter time I've seen from a KFC. Counter staff know what they're doing (which is a change from most others) and there's hardly ever a back up or a line. TOP TIER KFC IMO

The food was great but the service is definitely lacking. I had to yell out to get service at the drive-through order booth. The person who took my money had no manners at all. He couldn't say please or thank you but thought calling me Ma'am was being polite. The whole place seemed to be run by teenagers who didn't want to be there. Not good KFC

Dinner for after work, got home order wrong. Ordered a large meal, received small fries, no potato & gravy, suppose to have 3 wicked wings got 1 very small piece of chicken instead. Tried calling but phone is turned off, even called another store & they couldn't call either. Manager at other store sent an email for me so I can be contacted but heard nothing yet.

I’d like to give no star if possible. I ordered a Family Feast with no thigh pieces through drive though, to which the guy who took my order said “sure”. When i double checked at the counter, the lady said that can’t be done because they come in “packs”. You know what? You gave us SIX tiny wing pieces out of 10 pieces of chicken!! I thought it’s meant to come in “packs”. What chicken has six wings?! I wanted to go back and ask for a refund. This isn’t the first time so I am writing a review this time for all to see.

Well, it's a good thing I ate in. The thing was, part of our order was six pieces of original chicken. Can you imagine getting home to find that 5 of the six pieces were tiny dried up wings? I mean. Who does that? And Why? Luckily I was there to take it back and they gave me a much larger serving which was really appreciated. There seems to a mix of attitudes with the staff. Really weird. Some just shouldn't be in a customer service position at all. Others are quite good. Strange store. Plus I had to go and ask for spoons, for the potato and gravy, plus napkins and they didn't even know what refresher towels were when I asked. I think all of these should just be included automatically without me having to go and ask for them individually. An odd experience. Very mixed. I couldn't say pleasant really. It could have been better, mainly reliant on the staff overall. Can management just keep the good ones and maybe make some changes or improvements where needed? Maybe it's a lack of training? Thanks!

First time visiting this branch. Have to say, not happy with the quality of food.Chicken was overcooked, dry & chewy. Surprising when the meat is on the bone. Normally when I've been to KFC before the chicken is quite big pieces. These however were sma pieces. Not many fries either with the boxed meal.The potato & gravy my little boy had bits of unmixed potato. Popcorn chicken look like crumbs. Dry & hard. Chicken tenders are not chicken tenders. These are chicken breast cut into strips.Overall not the greatest. Shane as I was really looking forward to a KFC.As you can see from picture, we had proper popcorn chicken & then what looks like little nuggets of fried batter mixture.
