I have never written a review before although I always check for review prior to seeking for service from a new provider. I called Sydney machinery service to replace a part on my kebab machine. It was an urgent job he told me that he would be here in an hour. Three hours pass I call again and he tells me that he said four hours not one. That was already a red flag however I was desperate as our usual technician was away on a holiday he quoted me $350 on arrival for the job and ended up emailing me a $765 bill. Unfortunately there wasn't anything I can do I paid my invoice, I just know better for next time and want to warn others who want to use Sydney machinery Service. Don't get ripped off by this man if he quoted $765 to begin with I would have paid for it but he mislead me and I don't like being lied to. I spoke to my technician who usually does all our jobs and he said it wouldn't have costed me more than $300. How sad are some people be aware of using this company. Mate I wish I could give you 0 stars your lucky I'm even giving you one.
