Wholesale Air Conditioning

I purchased a split system with Wholesale and had arranged to pick up the unit in Melbourne. All fine, but I live in East Gippsland and a 4 hr drive so it was a bit crucial that the unit was in stock on the day I had to be there. Unfortunately it wasn't....but then came Eammon to the rescue. He went over and above in sourcing a unit for me to pick up. I am most impressed with the service and recommend this company wholeheartedly!Thanks Eammon and Wholesale Airconditioning!

Wow!! Absolutely amazing and very quick service. I ordered my airconditioner online easily and without any issues. The system arrived at my door 2 days later. I did a lot of research on price and found this company to be the cheapest for the Diakon. The selection range was excellent. I would not go past Wholesale Air if I wanted a great deal and good service on an Airconditioning unit. I only wish they sold other products so it could be my one stop shop..

Absolutely amazing. Was chasing a new air con to replace a failed unit. Had some urgency due to home conditions. From the first phone call in the morning to payment to pickup at lunchtime. It was all the most pleasant experience. They went above and beyond to assist and even helping with some extras required. Can not recommend this company enough. Should be more companies like this. Thank you guys! Will be telling everyone!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Refused to honour online pricing, even though order was paid in full. Made up an excuse that the product was out of stock and now still selling the same item at a higher price.

I was looking for LG Split Air unit. I got the best price at Wholesales Air conditioning Seven Hills friendly manner and fast delivery to Bundaberg Qld at a very reasonable price.More than happy thanks.

We had an installer called Ki who was meticulous. His work was neat and precise, he was very polite ,knew the product and would highly recommend to use him.

Appalling.I fully understand that I placed an order on the 31st of December. That being said there was no remarks or information on their website that stated delays in shipping other than what could be expected with the Monday after New years closure.So, I left it approx. two weeks and then started chasing to find out that the items had not left the warehouse. The person on the phones first comment was did you pay? Did the payment go through ?No, i'm calling because I want you to ship it before I pay! Standard practice is it not to have an item shipped before payment? Maybe in Fantasy land on Fantasy Island.So the gentleman on the phone then goes onto say I'll check in the morning, not let me go and check now, but no, let me check tomorrow, its 3:30pm in the afternoon and I'm a client on the phone trying to find out why goods I paid for nearly two weeks ago have not shipped?No sorry, no apology for not shipping, immediately tries to find fault with my purchase!So these guys have no internal system saying hey Mr Warehouse Man why have you not shipped this item !! 50 years ago when I worked in a warehouse as a junior we had a system for this.So the following morning I simply get an oops email saying they forgot to send it!No, hey, we will ship it overnight express to make up for the mistake and we are so sorry.Nope, they have sent it by Road so it will be at least another week as it winds itself across Australia.To cap it all off two days after making the purchase I found the same item nearly $50 less than them.So, my mistake, I really should learn to read the reviews on companies before placing orders !! If I had I would not have ordered from them as they all make mention of similar issues.Learn from my lesson, save yourself the aggravation!!

I would definitely not recommend this business if you want goods in a hurry. The reviews definitely don't reflect the service supplied. They were slow to answer calls or emails and left me high and dry for information after a number of attempts to communicate with them ... Finally responded .. they've provided details asked for. Let's see if they deliver.Finally ... The good news is that the business has answered and promised delivery of the goods as ordered. It has been frustrating but at least they have come good - I can say that the experience has been left me wondering but at least I'm happy in the end and my rating reflects that.

Andrew from SydneyI ordered a split system Mitsubishi AC from these guys only to find it wouldn't be available until June (supplier issue), so when they phoned me with this news we quickly solved the problem by finding an equivalent Fujitsu unit for very little extra cost. We replaced the order quickly and efficiently and I received my purchase within 3 days of payment, on time, as promised.Throughout the whole process they were helpful, responsive and incredibly polite and professional. I give them 5 stars all the way.

Very slow on dispatch and delivery called and emailed Numerous times 0dered on the 27th of April and received it on the 16th of May after threatening to cancel my order.
