NS SYSTEMS SECURITY

My husband and I had a camera system installed over a year ago and wanted to add additional cameras. We tried to contact NS to give them the job as we didn’t have issues with the service at the time of install.We have tried a number of times to contact this company with no luck.They have their email address details for the primary account on our system and we cannot get in contact with them to get the details or to have them removed.After over 6 months of trying to contact NS, I then got another company to come and look at an upgrade but we can’t do it as these guys still have full access to our system.Phone number always goes to a 10 second voice to text message. Fb messenger gets seen and not responded to.Next option is to show up at the factory but who has time to even do that.Very disappointed in this service and would be willing to remove this review if someone got in contact with us.

We highly recommend NS Systems for CCTV, Alarm and Intercom. They are very reliable, offer high-quality products at affordable prices and we are happy with their prompt responses and neat services. Good luck to their future endeavours!
