Top customer service from one of their drivers Kevin! Thank you for getting the large cabinet over the driveway which is currently under construction and he even manoeuvred it in place. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble! Helpful and skillful, cheerful and polite, best delivery experience we’ve ever had. Big thumb up deserve 6 stars!

I've never had anything freighted by KBT, however they serve as a depot for a Victorian freight company I frequently have stuff dropped off for. Many thanks to the KBT staff who are always friendly on the phone and ensure stuff makes its way to where it needs to go.

Traffic was diverted off a main road due to a serious accident in Fyshwick today. I was in front of a KBT truck until he recklessly and dangerously overtook me as we crawled in a line of traffic.If this is representative of their level of care to fellow drivers, then I would never trust them to carry anything I owned.
