We got a first home loan with the Loan Lounge late 2019 by Thy Ha broker who is excellent in what she doing. After couples of year, now Thy again guided us successful through our investment property loan. From start to finish plus all of the difficulties from the house valuation differentiation with market price as property market this year is unstable. We had to face too much challenges with this process of investment loan. However, we finally did it and done the settlement right by the time that we expected which is done today. We have to say thank you very much for all of the work that Thy had been with us, clearly communication with back and forward quickly ; she never let us wait too long for any concerns that arisen which make us less frustrated with the process. In addition, Thy’s work was organized, provided accurate information necessary; especially with the number, for us to make a good decision during the process.
