this serbian guy's customer service was amazing, helped me get what i needed, he was very kind and friendly to me, i would love to come to the store again. I definitely recommend coming to this store because of the lovely customer service they provide to their customers

Bought white Adidas sneakers, the first time. Loved the customer service by the dude with hat with flap back. Shoes were reasonably priced and wasn't oversold" anything.Came back the second time served by the gentleman with Asian descent and who overcharged me for kids shoes. Bought pair of kids shoes for $160 dollars!Came back the third time for in-soles for my footy boots served by the same (Asian) gentleman and was told they are 50 to 55 bucks! The packaging said $45. Then I refused to buy and then he said "sorry

The staff Chinese guy very rude and grumpy. Shouting with the costumer telling DONT COMBACK AGAIN . Shocking attitude and telling me to fix it. This is the only shop I’ve been that not happy to serve customer . I’ve been a costumer and bought a lot of stuff previously but when this Chinese guy work there you will loose a lot of costumer. I feel sorry for the owner . This people who don’t have a heart with the business you should not hire them.

Chinese guy in waverly gardens sportfirst is very grumpy and worst attitude not interested to show any product even he is not bothered to attend costumers I feel sorry for the business owner.. you might loose lots of customer because of him.... request u to change this guy.... he is very rude
