Great service, I store the caravan at big 4 Marong. They offer pick up and return service of the caravan.(Several years later and several annual services)We haved used their services for several years and unfortunately Big4 Marong stopped providing storage and we have to move the van to Clarkfield.We basically service the van by dropping off when we finish a trip on the return leg. Pickup the van when service is done for a weekend trip and put it back to storage.We have several problems after the van was damaged travelling on dirt road. They were extremely busy and over booked but still allow us to drop off for repair last month.When we arrived to pickup the van for a trip, the works are not done because of parts delayed. We agree to drop off after the trip on Tue to finish the work. Paul still help us to check the brakes before we go.Victoria announced a snap lockdown at 5pm after we just finished setting up around 4pm. We cannot return the van to storage because of 24hr notice is required. In desperation we rang Paul, he agreed to open the facility after hour to let us drop off. We arrived at 6:50 to drop off. We arrived home by 930, everybody is supposed to be home by 8pm.I do not know how I can express my gratitude and appreciation of Paul service during this difficult time.
