RSEA Safety Ipswich

I have shopped at RSEA Booval on three occasions and every time I have been greeted by everyone at the counter as soon as I walk in the door with a cheerful smile and a warm welcome.The staff at Booval are always willing to help and go the extra mile to assist their customers.Unfortunately, is it rare now days to experience this calibre in customer service and it is refreshing to walk into a shop and feel like you are valued and welcomeI would like to thank your team and let them know that they have set the bar high when it comes to customer serviceWell done.

I was after some new workboots & clothing and when I asked for recommendations on a local facebook group there was a lot that said RSEA ipswich, I can see why I was greeted by a lovely friendly helpful bunch of ladies from the time I walked in, the knowledge that they have on all the different boots is fantastic, the variety to try aswell is awesome.While I was there I wondered off to check out everything they had, there is an awesome selection of safety wear , I managed to pick up a couple of things but the only thing I would like to suggest for the store is that they had a bit more floor stock when it comes to ladies wear I found it was lacking a bit compared to the mens wear but over all I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
