We've had a great experience dealing with Jack at Ray White Cottesloe Mosman Park. He's a pleasure to deal with - always friendly, willing to help, efficient at sorting things out and is very good at keeping everyone informed and updated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Shae is a very professional agent. Especially, she has been very responsive throughout our rental process which went very smoothly. She obviously understands the market and delivered us great service and a price we were very happy with. Highly recommend!

This team managed our property in Wandi for a few years. While dealing with Tiffany Ma everything was under control. Since she was let go (July 2020) it all went to hell.On the final inspections of a long-term tenant, we realised they barely did anything, far from any kind of management. Ray White Team were sending property inspection reports without properly conducting inspections which resulted in the cost of thousands of dollars we had to cover.They didn't look well after the tenant as well and in one instance we were presented with the tenant's request to install aircon 3 months after they made it!Don’t think we can blame one person for the poor service but we mostly dealt with Anja.If you an investor or a renter my recommendation is the same, stay away from this agency.Based on the many 4/5 stars reviews either the agency is selective and looks only after the properties they see fit, or these are false.

Renters beware - one of the worst agencies I've ever dealt with. Have been emailing my real estate agent for 5 weeks about coming off the lease with no response. Called their office multiple times to get this sorted and they say they are 'too busy' to take my call. Apparently my agent went on holidays for weeks (did not notify us) and they didn't arrange anyone to cover her. Every time there is an issue with the property they say it is our problem to fix, or they acknowledge it is broken and simply do not fix it. Would avoid Sarah Harton and the rest of the team at Ray White Cottesloe - incompetent. I don't understand how they have a high rating on google.

Team are friendly but property management is very disorganised and seem to be understaffed, turnover of property manages was disapointing and nobody was there long enough to understand the property issues ect..Overall I had a very poor experience with this company.

We have been so impressed with the complete service from start to finish with Sandra. She is very passionate about her job. Sandra’s communication is second to none! No question was ever too small or too big.Sandra was extremely professional, enthusiastic, very motivated and knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. She demonstrated excellent people skills, is really well connected, genuine and was great at keeping us informed. We would highly recommend Sandra for all your property needs!

From initial phone contact to post sale and everything in between Caro Cunningham was simply the best and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a superstar agent. Caro’s incredible professionalism is entwined with great empathy & genuine kindness & compassion.She really took the time to understand our situation in needing to sell Mum’s home due to her aged care entry, and went above and beyond every step of the way in what was a very stressful time with Mum’s ailing health.I was under a very tight timeline to sell the house to cover aged care entry cost and Caro moved heaven and earth to get the job done in a record time. Caro gave us insight into what work she recommended should be done to secure the best sale price, and importantly, what didn’t need doing.As I live interstate I asked Caro for a recommendation for a project manager to look after the updates and maintenance and she introduced me to the wonderful Cath Leunig from Prestige Property Concierge who was simply amazing. Together with Jeannie Clement from Clement Conveyancing these three incredible people ensured Mum’s house was sold & settled in 5 weeks from going to market.If you are looking for a true real estate superstar, Caro is it. I am so appreciative of being able to share this journey with such a brilliant agent, but even better person. 5 stars all round.

Sandra Hutchison has restored my faith in real estate agents!! She has a wealth of knowledge and had so much time for us. She really understands what the Landlord wants and how to get the best out of the tenants. She is by far the most honest, upfront and genuine agent that we have ever come across. We are tenants, living in Subiaco, Sarah Harton is our property manager. We have also been looked after by Anja Crute. Both of them are wonderful to deal with and provide a very balanced and fair agency between tenant and landlord. Anytime there is an issue it is dealt with quickly and fairly, all maintenance issues have been expeditiously responded to! Great job guys!Luke
