Came in to try on some dresses for the first time since becoming engaged. They have a really big selection of dresses and styles and for really affordable prices. Our consultant Kalah was lovely and super helpful. The only downside was i wasn’t allowed to take photos of the dresses I liked to be able to show my mum. I was told this is because the designs are exclusive to the store but it just didn’t make sense as the store itself posts videos and photos of the dresses on their Instagram and website. If this no photo rule was to change that would have made it a much better experience! Now I can’t remember what I looked like in the dresses which will make it so difficult to reflect and choose ultimately which dress I will say yes to.

Thank you Bridal Company!! After many weeks of searching and feeling like we wouldn't ever find a formal dress, we found THE dress". There were many options and all the staff made it a wonderful and welcoming experience. We especially loved how all the staff celebrated with us in finding something that was just right - they made my daughter feel so special. Extra special mention for Mikaela who was amazing

I had the best experience and I have found my dress! The 2 ladies I had on my appointment day (sorry, can't remember their names), they were very professional and helpful. I didn't know what style I wanted so I showed them at least 10 photos of dresses. Then they picked few dresses for me and the first one I tried, I knew this was the one. Both myself and my husband immediately fell in love with the dress and the veil. Really happy with the quality, price and service. I picked up my dress last week and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day ❤️

Absolutely the BEST bridal / formal store I've been too! Staff were beyond helpful. Thank you to Alisha, as your help to find me the perfect dress was second to none. A massive shout out to Bella from The Bridal Company. As a bride trying on coloured gowns, no one took me seriously but Bella and the entire crew made me feel like a bride. She was attentive, helpful and brought all of our moods up. I bought my dress there on the spot and I'm so excited! Thank you the Bridal Company team, you've made this bride very happy.

After ages feeling like I would never find my dream wedding dress, I did here! Aisha and the other ladies were so friendly and helpful. They had many different dresses, in many different sizes! It felt like I could actually try my size on! Cannot recommend here enough x

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!My wife found her dress 6 months out from the wedding. Alterations were measured etc. Went back twice for fittings etc. Dress was $3000 also paid extra for a rush order.Dress arrived 3 weeks before the wedding, it was the cheapest 'Chinese Sweat Shop' dress.Looked like a $200 dress. Threads hanging out, holes in it, different materials etc. Then the alterations person they can't change anything on the dress due to the fabrics (being terrible) etc.The second the bag was unzipped, she burst into tears.Left us with no dress 3 weeks from the wedding.Owner showed no remorse and wouldn't help solve the problem. Finally offered us a full refund (that we had to wait for).Actually heard her on the phone to someone saying 'I can't do this any more' while in tears.So obviously charging the world, sourcing cheap knock off's and making huge money, without a thought for the people getting scammed.My wife was left absolutely broken and it pretty much ruined our wedding as the dress she had her heart set on and worked super hard to pay for ended up a disaster.Never received a call or apology or anything.If there was an option for negative stars, this would be one!

From booking my appointment and trying on bridal gowns The Bridal Company staff are friendly and welcoming. At my appointment my Bridal Consultant was Kalah who was very understanding, polite and helpful as I didn't have a style or colour in mind. I picked some dresses off their website and showed them on arrival which I tried on all of them. I was down to 1 dress but thought it might be too hot to wear so Kalah found a style that I fell in love with. I want to thank Kalah for finding my dress.
