Carmen's Massage Therapy

I made three appointments with Carmen's massage (because she rang to reschedule each one with a new excuse each time!) and never actually received a massage! She claimed she had a death in the family and rescheduled, (I felt bad and understaood) then she called me at 7am (the day of the next appointment) claiming she had had a kidney operation and she could not honour the appointment, but she could see me in two weeks. She demanded that I give her the voucher details so she could book me in and after that phonecall, I could not contact her again. I rang her several times and sent her messages to make a booking and she never responded. I emailed her. Living Social's tried contacting her and couldn't! Now that she had taken my money, she was nowehere to be found! Living Social's also said I could not get a refund because Carmen had already taken the money from me. I lost $29 and received no service. Living Social are refusing to accept any responsibility and even hung up on me when I asked for the refund. I asked them to 'blacklist' her business and they told me there would be no point because she had already taken my money! Warning: don't do any business with her!
