Buyer beware: Extremely poor customer service and owner could not care less if there is an issue with products. I had three product issues. Owner refused to acknowledge two of them. It took a month for me to get the correct product that he did finally acknowledge and it was three quarters full when I finally received it. It is just exhausting dealing with that after spending so much money. Better off spending money elsewhere if you value any form of customer service

Very unprofessional and they cheat with the weight of their expensive actives. This should be illegal. Not ordering from them anymore.

I had read some terrific reviews about Essentials of Australia and was convinced to try out their products. It's true, their prices are fantastic, I'd even go as far as to say, they are cheap - however, you get what you pay for in the end. My first order was fine, however subsequent orders were stuffed up, - every time. (eg. 1. broken product opened in transit, leaked all over everything else in the order, 2. Wrong product shipped and not replaced, 3. Container of oil insufficiently filled, not to the top etc. etc.) Having made 5 attempts to contact them, with no response. They have lost me as a customer. I rang 3 times,- no answer. I sent 2 polite and detailed emails and got no response. I now have a product I didn't order and can't use, and they kept my money. Essentials of Australia you stink,

First time buying through this company. I drove up (2hrs) to Noosaville to pick up my order however, due to not seeing their response email (went to my spam folder) my order was not done when I arrived. Owner was very busy packing orders but said come back in an hour and they would have it ready. Picked up order an hour later, no problem. Excellent customer service.

Won't answer the phone so don't bother, Email reply is slow. Just alround terrible service, Even worse than Bathbomb world and they are BAD. Just go to Heirloom, range or somewhere more reliable and that has actual customer service.

I have NEVER been treated as bad by a company as this one! I purchased a product from them that did not do what it was meant to do (I have used stock from another company previously) and contacted them asking for help. After numerous emails going back and forth requesting someone to call me they said that I can pay a consultation fee for $80 for 15 minutes and the $60 for every 15 minutes after that. I was never rude (they were in their replies) simply asking someone to call me to help me with their product. Will NEVER buy from them again, or recommend them to anyone. Very, very disappointing!

Huge range of skin care ingredients for making your own products. Such as; serums, creams, lotions, body butter, eyecare, cleansers, masks, peels, shampoos....Excellent service. Sometimes goods are ready to pick up the same day I order. Finding this business has changed my life. I enjoy my own skin care range better than the most expensive ones I ever bought, and the process is fun. I can include all the latest natural anti-aging goodies to nourish my skin and share with my friends. Best of all, I can greatly reduce the plastics in packaging of cosmetics by reuse.

I had purchased a couple of items and upon delivery one bottle had leaked all over the box and the other item that was packed in it. The item in question did not have a safety seal which alarmed me, so its impossible to use due to possible contamination. It should have been bubbled wrapped and not thrown in a box for shipping.I tried to call their contact number a few times only to be cut off at connection so i tried contactting them via email and attached photos of issue and got a reply to say they could not gauge how much i had lost out of my 25ml bottle. It was 3/4 of product that had been lost BUT this is not the point. The 25ml bottle of Organic Antarctine which contains sodium Hydroxide did NOT have a safety seal on the bottle or was it wrapped properly as per specified dangerous goods items? so i have requested a refund.Calling them is not possible. Emailing them is not possible as i have tried that twice,again only to get a post master reply saying my email had been rejected by recipient.Disappointed with the handling of this transaction.Buyer beware ***
