Bifold Door Direct

Bought a door and screen. The screen does not fit we have called numerous times with the promise of a return call which never happens. The door was installed in October 2015. We are waiting for a response and are not happy. Seriously considering taking this matter further.

Potential Customers STAY AWAY - This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating I had to add to post this.I bought 4 sets of bi fold doors last year and they are the worst quality imaginable. I don't understand how you can sell Aluminium bi doors and deliver plastic.I have tried numerous times to call Andrew who does not answer his phone or return calls. I am still waiting for a piece that was missing in my packaging and have trouble closing my door because of it. Months later the piece has STILL NOT arrived.You Andrew are by far are the worst business man I have ever come across.I will not hesitate to tell people to keep away from you when they are shopping for bi fold doors.I am very surprised you are still in business and no wonder people who have done work for you speak so badly about you.

Worst customer service I have yet to experience.Came to site to inspect what was required - that part was quite pleasant.Promised a quote and a sketch a couple of days later. One week later still chasing with promises that they will submit a quote and sorry for the delays. Eventually they call me and tell me that they don't want the job. A whole week lost in procurement. The lady who represents them is incredibly rude as well.
