basically...I took my diamond new platinum engagement ring to be resized at Sunshine Jewellery1. He used white gold2. He left solder on the inside of the ring3. He left polish on the ring4. The join was unusually visible (it is common to see a join on a resized platinum ring but this was exceptional)5. The outer ring was lumpy & misshapen (the band now had very thin sides & a very thick bottom)6. The inside was unpolished7. The stone was LOOSE8. He advised me he was the only same day service in Adelaide. ALL of Adelaide.9. He insisted I take a $100 refund for my $45 botch job (pretty cool - saved him from a I hated it" rating)His customer service was smooth - too bad his platinum skills weren't.I have since had the ring fixed & the white gold cut out

This store has amazing customer service, Isaac is always welcoming and extremely helpful. The tailor made jewellery products are all beautifully made, with extre care and attention. I would recommend this service to anyone!
