Yoga by Alice

Just had a wonderful session with Alice. Really enjoyed it. Was a stark reminder of how much I need to do more. Alice was able to adjust the session to suit my almost non-existant hip flexibility so that was really helpful! Thank you, Alice!

Alice's classes are absolutely divine and so nourishing for the spirit. I always come out feeling grounded and inspired. Thank you, Alice for this beautiful heart-led work and the way you hold such warm and welcoming space.

What can I say, there are yoga teachers and yoga teachers. I’ve just had the most relaxing class after a long And stressful day at work. Alice has an extraordinary ability to transform the energy around her sharing this with the entire class. If you are looking forward to sleep well and relaxing your mind you should try her classes.
