There is no doubt that this place has some wonderful fare and the vegan cakes are delicious.I've come back after a long time and the service was forgettable. 6pm on a Tuesday night and we were served by a female with glasses who appeared to be a supervisor of some sort. Seemed like a huge effort for her to converse or move so I could show her what I wanted. Real let down.

This is a fantastic groccery store and cafe, with lots of Levantine and Mediterranean style cuisine. You can easily do a full grocery shop here. The selection of spices are absolutely incredible with a wide variety of cold meat and deli options as well. Only gripe is that it's not super public transport centric.

If you’re a foodie like me, you can’t go past the quality and variety on offer at Oasis. There’s plenty of parking nearby and we’ve never had to wait long to be served.We came looking for specialty ingredients to make a Middle Eastern feast and treated ourselves to fabulous fresh lamb and chicken Shawarmas and a bowl of sweet potato chips from the café while we were there. Our meals were fresh, hot and delicious!The staff were super friendly and helpful and we were blown away by the amazing variety of spices, specialty gourmet pantry and epicurean style deli ingredients available. From fresh fruit and veggies, quality meats, cheeses, take away meals, spices, bakery items, panty, sweet treats, alcohol, frozen and gourmet chocolates, Oasis has something impressive to suit any occasion.There’s even fresh flowers and a variety of gifts and kitchenware for sale.I wouldn’t say Oasis is the cheapest by a long shot, but you’re paying for excellent quality and it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re entertaining or looking for special ingredients like we were!I wouldn’t hesitate returning again and have never been disappointed. My bank account may disagree (it’s very hard to resist splurging), but my family never do when I return with amazing produce, delicious baclava, dips or baked treats!The shawarmas are super tasty!

As a regular visitor to Oasis restaurant, I can confidently say that I have never been disappointed with the quality of food and service. Not only is the food delicious, but the restaurant also has a fantastic groceries store where I can stock up on all my favorite items.One thing that sets Oasis apart from other restaurants is that they do not charge a Sunday subcharge, which is great for those who like to dine out over the weekend. However, the downside to this is that the car parking can quickly become full, so it's important to arrive early or be prepared to look for parking elsewhere.Overall, I highly recommend Oasis restaurant to anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining experience. You won't be disappointed!

I split my time between Melbourne and Abu Dhabi and this place has a great selection of lovely middle eastern treats meals snacks and spices to tide me over! The place is very clean and tidy, makes for a comfy shopping experience. Also lots of indoor and outdoor seating to spend an afternoon

Middle Eastern cafe serving authentic food, snacks, cakes, dessert and nice coffee. The price is reasonable with quick service. There is also grocery store and I just bought the cheapest and freshest mushroom from here.

Absolutely recommend that to see here.You can buy whatever you need !!Their prices are a bit expensive, however I think that you will be satisfied at the end of your shopping.There is a restaurant here and I suggest that to taste one of their delicious dishes.Staff are absolutely polite and professional.See you soon again.

I've been here a few times now, and the experience varies depending on how busy they are.Varies from relaxed like this time to jam packed, crowded and frustrating.This isn't a negative as the REASON it can be so busy is that the food, if you're eating at this supermarket, is excellent!HIGHLY recommend the BBQ platter, absolutely delicious, colourful, generous, tasty meal.The Chicken Shawarma is also delicious.Coffee is excellent with a great range of cakes and pastries.Came here for a lunch on a Tuesday after really enjoying the food in the new Fairfield store. The place is a Café/Restaurant, Bakery, Gourmet Supermarket and Food School all in one.Strangely it's located in an industrial precinct/warehouse type area. Quite a few of the warehouses are taken up by Oasis and gutted out for parking. Big signs EVERYWHERE warning you NOT FOR OASIS CUSTOMERS, YOU WILL BE TOWED, and 1 HOUR PARKING ONLY. Obviously some animosity from other tenants in the area!The place was very busy with queues of 15 or 20 people waiting to order and most tables full, inside and outside on a pleasantly warm summers day. This store is different to Fairfield, more like a canteen or fast food environment with food listed above on overhead illuminated display panels of mostly Lebanese/Middle Eastern food.You also have to pick up your own food with a food court type buzzer letting you know it's ready. We only ordered a light meal as only 1 hour parking is available, and we had some shopping to do as well and the 15 or so minutes to order food, then a 5 minute wait for the buzzer to go off indicating our meals were ready. Would have loved some coffee and cakes! The waits weren't a problem, issue is we only had one hour for parking, which is not enough for a meal and shopping!Supermarket was interesting which although small is VERY densely packed with a wide range of interesting foodstuffs and novel spices. We definitely enjoyed our meals and will be back again!
