I bought 5 of the spot lights from this shop. All arrived on time. Products are in good quality.

I recently purchased a fan/light from u guys, and since the old fitting I had was no longer available, they were able to match the old fitting with a new upgraded version. I am so happy with this and was reasonable priced.

Nu Lighting refused to honour the online delivery price. Then after agreeing to pay extra freight one light did not arrive packaged as was agreed. CCTV evidence was provided to Nu Lighting.We opened the box approx 10 days after receipt and discovered that the lights were damaged. Instantly called supplier to report.Nu Lighting refused to rectify the issue on the basis that the damage was not reported within 7 days despite clear CCTV footage showing that item not packaged properly.I strongly suggest that you never use this supplier.

Nu Lighting sell electric scooters through the Kogan marketplace. They are the X1 PRO V2. The specifications listed on their ads are fraudulent and misleading. Nu Lighting are unhelpful and unwilling to return the item. Beware of this company.

Placed an order with Nu Lighting online on August 29. Unfortunately the light I had chosen was discontinued, however they promptly responded with several other light options, and honoured the original price despite our chosen light being more expensive. Received the light via post within two days. Very happy with the level of service and prompt postage. Thank you :)

I received two light fittings from Nu Lighting. After approximately 1 year (around the time the warranty was up) one of them failed. Nu Lighting contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and arranged a replacement under warranty. No trying to get out of the warranty as is so often the case just great Customer service.

I am highly disappointed with this business.First they accept order and money for the product they don't have, then offer different version of it just to send still another version.Light is a light, isn't it ?Now the saga of return.They don't accept returns but require me to deal with manufacturer.And manufacturer is not that eager to cooperate with returns.It takes a lot of time and effort and the lights are still not accepted.It seams that Nu Lighting doesn't have a stock, just act as a middle men between manufacturer and customer charging the service fee for the effort.I am stuck with their lights I do not want but I will persevere with recovering my money.I do not believe that Nu lighting is a genuine business.

Awesome products and excellent service, it would be the first choice of the lighting system for me in the future. : )
