I went to CCP with three pencil drawn plans on pure white paperI wanted an accurate electronic copy of eachI stressed the need for legibility and was expecting three separate images backI asked that the scale be maintainedWhat I got was a simple photocopy file of all three drawings in one image that in actual fact mostly couldn’t be read/ seen.It took less than 5 minutes and cost $24Council asked me to resubmit the images as they could not be readI went elsewhereVery very disappointing and the middle aged lady that served me needs some training in customer service and happiness.I’m sure the professional printer chaps in there are not the same and would give the right resultUpdateThe owner called me to apologise and offer a full refund. More importantly he took the person aside and gave her more training in customer service and demeanour. Ive changed the rating from 1 to 5 on this basis. It is my own choice to update it.
