Provides a central market to find 2nd-hand art & furniture. It is a silent auction. Make your best bid on Saturday & Sunday & then wait until late Sunday afternoon to get results.Good priced plants also for (normal) sale.

Best place to find a bargain to bid on, And to also sell unneeded items though a weekly auction. You can find just about anything here including the kitchen sink.

We have sold a whole houseful at the Tender Centre to get a sale make sure your items are clean, presentable and of course in working order. Also be realistic about the reserve you put on the items.When buying factor in the buying commission and decide how much you are willing to pay.I recently purchased a couch the reserve was $100 I decided that if I saw it at a garage sale or secondhand store I would pay $200 so I calculated the bid price to bring the total cost to $200 and beat the other 6 bidders as it turned out I was only $15 above the next highest bid so guaged it pretty well. If it had gone for more I wouldn't have been upset as I had decided on my limit.Other times when I don't really care if I get the item I'll bid the reserve or just above or maybe even below the reserve if the price is more than I'm willing to pay. The seller has 5 days after the auction to decide if they are willing to accept the low offer if nobody has met their reserve. They have 3 sales to sell the item before it has to be removed.The Tender Centre works well for both buying and selling and the staff are terrific.I don't begrudge them the buying and selling commissions as that is how they make money.It is also a great place to pickup plants and occasionally seasonal fruit and vegetables. These can just be purchased on viewing/sale days.

The tender centre is a place were people bring their goods to be sold.And were the public come and visit on the weekends and put bids on those items they are interested in.Through the week they are taking items to be prepared to be sold.And dont let people in through the week as they are busy preparing the items for the weekend auction.They have many different types of items.from furniture to kitchen, bikes painting and plants at times there has been boats and anythink you could imagine.It would be worth the trip to have a look if you have never experienced this type of auction!!!

Fun to go and have a bid, some staff are friendly and helpful.
