Always good for a bargain. We came for storage boxes and left with Lego as well. Great haul as per usual. I always keep an eye out for clearance stickers as well, great bargains at times. Storage boxes were cheaper than Kmart, was very surprised about this fact. October 22: prices have gone up... 12.5% for the pictured white storage boxes... didn't buy anymore...

Staff are bloody champions I have no idea how they work in there when the air conditioning is clearly pushing out hot air in the middle of summer.. even the air con in the centre is colder.

It’s a great store but it’s not exactly as neat and tidy as the usually are. They were clearing end of season so there were a lot of specials. It’s a rather large store and have a lot of larger sizes in stock also. It’s definitely worth a visit and the use the Woolworths rewards card system here also.

Need bigger signs where thing are for the older generation cause they have issues getting around and when I asked where thing were by 3 different staff member they told me 3 different places and took 30 find the item I needed

Went in for a refund and was treated so badly by an elderly staff at service desk because the payment was made via the mobile wallet and they have to refund through the same way it paid which I understand and followed her instruction however it didn't work. After trying twice, the 3rd attempt I tapped my credit card on the EFTPOS machine, which was the same card that is on my phone and I have shown her the card, and it worked and I got the refund but she wasn't happy and raised her voice at me for doing that and pretty much threw the receipts at me and walked off. Unacceptable behaviour to be working in this industry.

I would like to share a recent experience at the Big W at Erina fair, whilst I visited from UK. My Daughter had issues with a Dyson vacuum cleaner.The Manager who was so understanding, Helpful in resolving the problem, in his absence when I returned to check on progress the second Manager took over and continued with the issue for me. The Lady on the meet and greet, the Lady in customer services, all contributed to me writing this review. I would rate this company 10 stars for their kindness and professional approach. I would love to take Big W back to the UK, A Great Store, also Great staff. Thank you to both Managers.Big W you are Tops in my books.Best wishes all of you Pamela C

After 4 days waiting for a click & collect I was rudely told on the phone that they have thousands of orders so mine wasn't a priority. Then after giving the order number I was told it was on hold because they may not have the stock despite being told when I ordered it instore that they had the item, it was just up high" & they were too busy to get it. I've now cancelled the order. Don't waste your time & money at this store
